After beating it, you’ll be able to have your choice of ultimate versions of the Weapons of the Heavens.

Then, travel to Old Sharlayan and talk to the Wandering Minstrel there.Ī series of the game’s best boss fights will ensue, so you’ll need to stay on your toes, but defeating it is worth the effort. To access it, everyone in the party must be level 90 and have completed the Asphodelos: The Fourth Circle raid. Serving as one of FFXIV’s hardest ever raids, there are huge rewards in store for those who beat this challenge. In terms of new gameplay content, this ultimate raid is the big event players are after. Secondly, one of their healing abilities, Cure II, mistakenly had no recast time. Firstly, there was an issue in Crystalline Conflict matches that allowed the White Mage to cancel some abilities with Miracle of Nature. The most major change, however, comes in the form of bug fixes. Afflatus Misery saw its potency reduced, and the stun duration of Afflatus Purgation was reduced from 3 seconds down to 2. This is one of the best support jobs in the Endwalker expansion, but it saw a couple of its abilities debuffed.

One of the classes that didn’t come out of this update looking very good is the White Mage. Now, when Jump or High Jump changes to Mirage Dive, there will be a small input delay, which means that anyone who is spamming buttons won’t accidentally trigger the ability. It is a powerful ability and one that should be unleashed at the right moment, especially in a PvP situation. Those who weren’t careful when jumping could experience some trouble here and there, accidentally activating, Mirage Dive when in the air. It involved the abilities Jump, High Jump, and Mirage Dive. Dragoon’s jump was tweakedĪ relatively minor quality of life change, but one that Dragoons are sure to appreciate. It further’s the Gunbreaker’s shift into more of a hybrid Tank/DPS class, and anyone who plays it should be very happy indeed. The Gunbreaker’s most powerful ability, Double Down has had a potency increase too, raising the ceiling on how much damage can be output. A whopping six of its actions and traits have seen a potency increase, but that’s not all. Primarily a Tank class with great DPS potential, the Gunbreaker has seen their potential as both a PvE and PvP class go way up with FFXIV patch 6.11. Meanwhile, Shoha has been pushed up from 500 to 520. Midare Setsugekka and Kaeshi: Setsugekka have both seen a potency increase from 600 to 640. In PvE, several of the Samurai’s most powerful abilities have had their potency buffed. There are great rewards for mastery of this class, and with the 6.11 patch, those rewards are even greater. However, there’s a fair bit to juggle between all of the gauges that need to be built up and unleashed at the right moments. The Samurai is a class that focuses entirely on taking party buffs and dealing damage in quick bursts, like something straight out of a FFXIV anime. We’ll take you through the biggest changes that could have an immediate impact on your playstyle. On top of that, there are some bug fixes players have been asking for.Ĭlasses such as Samurai, Gunslinger, and Machinist have been some of the biggest beneficiaries of the FFXIV 6.11 patch, with other classes like the White Mage and Red Mage being hit with debuffs. After the Final Fantasy XIV Newfound Adventure update added a tonne of new content to the Endwalker expansion, this new patch 6.11 has made some notable tweaks and changes to several classes.
